Stilwell Announcements, March 5, 2014 Day 1
If your student is going to be leaving early from school, please send a note with your student and they can come into the office at 7:25 to get a pass to leave when needed. This helps so we do not have to call into a classroom and disrupt learning time.
If your student is coming in LATE please send a note with them.
A reminder that 8th show choir will practice THURSDAY morning at 7am, NOT Friday.
7th grade show choir will practice Thursday after school, at 2:45.
Our next Y.E.S. Club meeting will be Tuesday, March 11th in Mrs. Urban’s room #1309 from 2:45 to 3:15 pm. Please join us if you can!
The next Site Improvement Team Meeting will be March 25, 2014
Reminder to students-
If you are in the building after 3:00 PM unsupervised you are to report to After the Bell until 4:00 PM or when your ride arrives. Wednesdays you are to be out of the building by 2:15 pm.
If you are in the building after 4:00 PM unsupervised you will be sent to the Teen Center. The Teen Center is aware.
Cheerleading And Dance Team
During Tiger Time on March 6th the Valley Cheerleading Head Coach and the Valley Dance Team Coach will hold a combined short meeting for any 8th grader girls interested in trying out to be a Valley Cheerleader or Valley dance team for next year. Everyone is welcome to attend!!

"Valley Dance Team Tryouts: For students in 9th-12th grade for the 2014-2015 school year!
Pre Tryout Parent/Dancer Meetings: Monday, March 10th at 7:00pm in the Valley Cafeteria OR Monday, March 31st at 5:30m in the Valley Cafeteria. Please attend one of the meetings if interested in trying out for the dance team.
Tryout Clinics are Wednesday, April 2nd 4:30-6:30pm, Thursday, April 3rd 4:30-6:30pm, and Friday, April 4th 4:30-6:30pm all in the Southwoods Gym. Tryouts are Saturday, April 5th @ 8:00am in the Southwoods Gym.

The Stilwell 6th to 7th grade parent meeting orginally scheduled for March 11 has been moved to March 25 at 7 p.m.
Join us for this FREE non-registration Special Education Transition Fair on Wed., April 23 from 4-8 p.m. Build your understanding of support agencies, Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and the Valley educational community. Breakout sessions will be offered. Regardless of educational level or readiness, you will find helpful informaiton on

- vocational opportunities
- post high school preparedness
